I am now conscious about my eating habits. – I am glad I used the Naturally Slender weight loss program at the Bay Area Hypnosis Center. I am very conscious about eating healthy and maintaining my healthy eating habits with little or no effort. The positive reinforcement from the CD's and staff are most important to my success.

This weight (so far 50 lbs) is gone for good!! – The Bay Area Hypnosis Center's Naturally Slender Weight Loss Program is the only program that feels real and it focuses not only on losing weight but developing a "life program." I worry less about what will happen in 4 or 6 months or even 2 years. I know that my dedication to a healthy lifestyle will just continue. In the past with other programs, I lost weight and then gained it back. This weight, 50 lbs so far, is gone for good!

Going through this has brought me back to loving life. – Thanks to the Bay Area Hypnosis Center I've gotten back into the sone of eating healthy and exercising and am experiencing the benefits of both. I've lost 20 lbs and have 10 more to go. MY self confidence and sense of self are back!

Before I started the program I was obsessed with food. – Thanks to the Bay Area Hypnosis Center I now feel freed from poor eating habits that I had my entire life. I have a whole new passion for life as I love exercise and physical activities. I'm able to do a broader range of activities. I feel like my true self was trapped inside an overweight person.

I lost 45lbs with hypnosis at the Bay Area Hypnosis Center!! – Walking in 6 months ago, I was afraid to allow myself to think hypnosis might work. Now 45lbs down, feeling great, I'm beginning to believe I can actually become thin. The new healthy habits I've formed feel so natural and sustainable. I feel that I genuinely prefer healthier foods andI exercise and I get antsy if I can't get the same amount of activity in my day that I'm accustomed too. I never want to feel like I did 6 months ago.

People look at me and tell me I look great! – Thanks to the Bay Area Hypnosis Center's Weight Loss Program I feel so energized. My clothing fits better and my digestive system is acting better. I feel like everything is naturally happening and I don't feel like Im dieting. I can see a huge change!

I am glad I used the Bay Area Hypnosis Center for Public Speaking/Confidence. I learned how to control my mind when I started to internalize. I became more confident at work in my public speaking. I learned tips and practices on relaxing and breathing. I learned how to enjoy my moment instead of think about how bad it would be.
