Stress Reduction – Since starting this course with Bay Area Hypnosis Center I've noticed a defined purpose in my career choice, feeling less stressed and worried about things which seem very small. I've sought after new experiences with more confidence and calmness.

I never thought I'd quit. – I started so young I just thought it was part of me. After meeting with Robert I found out that wasn't true. It has been 21 days since4 I quit smoking and I feel GREAT! I feel so free.

I lost another 16 lbs!!!!! – I am glad I chose to do the weight loss program at the Bay Area Hypnosis Center with Robert. I ave lost 51lbs so far since I started in January. Everything is going well with me. I do have an injured foot but that does not stop me from my desired walking. I am excited to go see friends and family that have not seen me in 4-7 years! Life is wonderful.

I stopped biting my nails! – I am able to relax automatically as I unconsciously start becoming stressed. I am more content to be in the present moment not worrying about the future or reliving the past. I am able to recognize as my body takes on stress from the environment.

It's only the second week! – I've lost 10 pounds already! I'm making good choices for dieting and I'm further inspired to work out and build my work-out routine. My confidence in general is up. I'm drinking more water than ever with clearly positive results. I am better about making checklists to augment my weight loss plan. I am also finding that the more I listen to the hypnosis CD's, I am able to reach a more relaxed state more readily.

Robert has made the process effortless. – I feel a sense of freedom that cigarettes can no longer control me. The hypnosis process has given me a sense of relaxation. I look forward to many years of being a non-smoker, FINALLY! Robert is very easy-going, friendly and compassionate. I already have more energy and enjoy taking long, deep breaths without any heaviness.

I have eliminated my craving for food and drink that caused – At this point I have lost 19 pounds. I'm eating healthy food including fresh fruit which I haven't eaten in years. I am also drinking a lot of water and exercising at least an hour a day. Most of all I am enjoying all the changes!

I really wanted to quit!! – I knew it was better for my health, society and perhaps a positive influence for my children and grandchildren. And it worked!

I couldn't quit with any other means. – I've tried many times in the past. It feels good to feel good every day and being smoke-free has given me my health and energy back. Knowing that the longer I live this way, the better I will be all around and that makes me feel good.
