Dr Bax was well educated on my condition and informed me of my treatment options. His course of care was successful in alleviating my condition. I was impressed by his care not only did he help my neck, back, shoulder and hip pain but he thoroughly explained why I was having the pain he showed me ways to help prevent future injuries. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. On Time, Safe area, Totally awesome Dr. the first time I was there I was very sick with Lupus and he spent about 3 hours working with me and gets me and my family in any time we need.
Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel O.K. for calling. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.
