Bavarian Auto had our Audi Q5 for over two years. During that time they repeatedly claimed they couldn’t get parts, often didn’t return phone calls, and went months saying they couldn’t find anyone to reprogram the computer. I have never written a review in my life-good or bad. This isn't really a review, but more of a word to the wise. I'm only sharing my experience. You can do with it what you will. I had my 2004 c240 towed here with transmission problems (wasn't shifting). Like you, I did my research beforehand, and decided this was a reputable place, based on reviews I read online.
