3rd time we have been recently that my wings were wrong, paid $55.00 for food I didn’t eat, and asked for a to go box that we never got. Gooey fries had little cheese on them, hot wings had no sauce to start with, then was handed a cup of sauce to pour over my wings which made them worse asked to get wings done right and was given worse wings than I started with. Seems like a place that got a low health rating lately would do a little better on things

Asked for a hurricane drink. they said they were out of the mix and someone had to make more. 15 minutes later, asked where was the drink, I can order something else, they said it was being made, then later I asked where is it. they said they had to wait on the alcohol to be delivered. I could have ordered something else but they kept saying the mix needed to be made, the alcohol was coming. freaking ridiculous to wait a half hour for a hurricane and then no discount offered. I am done.

We are at the one in montgomery several time 9 or 10 years ago. We love this place they know their wings.
Enjoyed our first trip. There are about 50 TV screens and the food is good as always. Service was great and I ate too much.
It was my son’s birthday and he chose Baumhowers for his birthday dinner. It was a very pleasant experience, good food and good service. We enjoyed ourselves! We’ll be back!
