Has lunch here today around 1145. Wings were over cooked. Very crispy and made crunching sounds when attempting to eat. Granddaughter who loves wings couldn’t eat her wings. Very disappointed.
Slow and rude staff. First it was a half hour wait because the staff felt like standing around on their phones instead of cleaning tables it wasn’t even busy. Then the waitress Dropped our kids plate on the floor and didn’t get another one until over half an hour later - like a corn dog takes that long to heat up. Wife didn’t like hers and sent it back immediately but the waitress and manager both had a nasty attitude about taking it off the bill. I always have a good time and grapefruit at Baumhowers
Very disappointed with service at this location. Food was brought out with grease dripping across table and chicken not warm or hot with no sauce. Let the server know there was something wrong but she just said ok. My husband's chicken was dry. Constantly had to track down server for everything. Never offered apology for poor service or offered discount. Will not be eating at this location again. Very slow and not polite in responding to customers.
