I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. The chairs they had in the waiting room were average, I would say. They weren't amazing but they weren't totally uncomfortable either. They left me alone in the appointment room for quite a while. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice. They could work on improving their level of customer service here.
