We have always had good service, and I have high regard for the physicians and staff at the Warren Clinic. The physicians take their time with the patients, ask questions, and throughly answer any concerns. As far as Dr. Bumgartner, she is one of the best physicians and genuinely cares for her patients. I have not had a problem scheduling an appointment for an ill child at the Warren Clinic. The waiting room has TV's and a few toys. I was disappointed with the way they interacted with my child during appointments. Most of the time they just ignored my child. The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be.
