Excellent Service I've been an Invisilign client w/ Dr. Baum for almost 1 yr now & cannot be any happier w/ how the results are turning out. They get you in & out of the office real quick and is staffed w/ nice & friendly associates.
Baum Gary M Dds - Baum Orthodontic Assoc is a complete jerk! He is rude and arrogant, yet many times when talking to him about my child's case, he reads off inaccurate information about my child's teeth that he has apparently taken from another persons file and documented incorrectly. His ineptness has caused the case to be prolonged as well.
Biggest Ripoff Ever The most expensive, overrated orthodontist who charges 150.00 for 3 minute appointments and bills you for appointments you don't even make. I spent 1300.00 on retainer that did nothing and he had the nerve to ask me to keep coming back and throwing him another 150.00 on checkups. He's a total ripoff, scam artist, and all he cares about is more money is his pocket.
Could Improve His Bedside Manner While Dr. Baum's off be ice is well appointed and his staff friendly, my teenage daughter very much dislikes Gary Baum. His bedside manner does lack quite a bit to desired, and he certainly comes off as arrogant (at least about his orthodontic opinions). Despite this, he seems to be professional and competent. Nevertheless, we are looking for a new orthodontist-- teenagers are tough enough as it is. I find the earlier comment about Baum and the patient's Invisalign treatment very curious. Bau... read more
