Could not recommend these guys more! First off, their quote was very reasonable (especially compared to others)! John was fantastic, coming over that afternoon to take accurate measurements for the sliding door that smashed from a flying rock from the wiper snipper. John returned promptly with an assistant the following day with the new piece of glass already cut to size & worked their magic which was fascinating to watch being able to save the completely shattered glass from falling everywhere! I’ve tried contacting Baulkham Hills Glass several times and they simply don’t respond. No return calls, no follow-up, nothing. It’s disappointing to see a business operate with such poor communication. In this day and age, it’s hard to understand how companies survive when they can’t manage the basics of customer service. I wouldn’t recommend them based on this experience.
After waiting since August and being told multiple times that they would come this week/come today/they had the glass/they couldn’t find the glass, John texts this morning to say he can’t do the job. We have waited at home on multiple days with no word and they just don’t show up and when you call they say next week. Originally got told on August 23 by email and text they could do the job that week. It’s now November 20. Firstly, sorry for the misleading 1-star rating as, being the first time I have ever felt the need to do this, I was unaware I could not give a 0-star rating. My wife and I contracted this company to install 2 shower screens for our house a week apart from each other and from the first day of the first install, our experience with this company has been an absolute nightmare.
