Frankly, I regret hiring Baulkhamhillglass. From the start, communication was poor. I was told the job would be done in 10 days with the template taken in 2–3 days. No one turned up. Only after following up multiple times was the template finally taken. Then I was told the 10-day timeline starts after the template—again, no updates without me chasing. Absolutely incredible service, great price and an excellent job done. I rang this morning at 7:40am, explaining I needed a window replacement following an emergency yesterday afternoon. It’s now 9:25am same day and the job is complete, to a fantastic standard and with no issues whatsoever. After a stressful 24 hours to have such a smooth process and deal with such kind and helpful people is honestly the best thing and I will always recommend Baulkham Hills Glass to everyone moving forward.
