We've had a very positive experience with Batzner. They got rid of our mice, always show up on time, are friendly & professional.
You people are rip offs 1350 dollars for what you didn't get rid of nothing thanks for scamming us .im sure you'll take this off but as far as I'm concerned you owe me 1350 dollars for not getting rid of our problem . Your website says satisfaction guaranteed. Not satisfied , Thanks for nothing

Hi Kevin, As you know, we completed your final bed bug treatment yesterday. As a courtesy, the visit was free of charge. Please allow a full 2 weeks from yesterday’s treatment before expecting complete relief. If after a full 2 weeks you find live bed bugs, please contact our office.
We have been customers of theres for nearly 3 years and sad to say won't be for much longer. Initially we loved Batzer and recommended them highly, in recent years the service has gone downhill, services spread further apart, no one calls to schedule them, techs don't show, etc. to top it off we just got an email they're raising our rates?!? You don't even do the job I pay you for now? Seems the bigger they got the worse their customer service became. It's a shame.

Very professional. They always manage to fit us in if we need them to come over on a date when service is not scheduled. I would highly recommend them to anyone. When we first moved into our house, I would get up in the morning and see 7 to 10 spiders on my kitchen ceiling everyday. After 1 treatment, we did not see a spider for 2 months.
