I was having a pest issue. Anyone that knows me knows how much this would bother me. They sent Jim from Batzner over to walk around our home inside and out, come up with a plan of action, and service every couple months. No more issues. Very thorough, polite, and if ever a problem arises, you just call and they're here. Thank you for my piece of mind again! Any of you calling them, please say I referred you!

I chose Batzner because they had the quickest availability when I had a mouse problem. Narvin Muhammad really calmed me down, I am phobic when it comes to mice. I highly recommend them and cannot say enough good thing about Narvi.

Scott Brucker is friendly, thorough, and service-oriented. The carpenter ants are gone, and so are the wasp nests! I am very happy with Scott and the service he provides.
Love not having to worry about mice and spiders. Batzner has totally controlled and eliminated the mouse problem. We had a scary infestation of ants, crawling up the side of our house and, in one treatment ... all gone. Batzner is thorough and knows what they are doing. A real professional group of guys. It has been a pleasure ... and a relief ... having them take care of our rodent and insect problems.
I've been using Batzner more than 10 yrs and am totally satisfied with all treatments and all the staff. I am always sent a picture of my tech and my appt time when scheduling. I have only had to have a tech come back once after service due to a large swarm of yellow jackets decided to visit our neighborhood. They were out the next day to take care of my property as I am very allergic to stings. Many thanks to everyone at Batzner!!

Wonderful, helpful staff. Tech is always on time and listens carefully of my concerns. We had a wasp problem around the cabana and doorways, since your treatments, they are gone. Very happy with your service.
Absolutely worth the money. Ever employee at Batzner that I've dealt with over the past 2 1/2 years has been amazing. They are all professional, polite and extremely trained in their field. Since they have been treating our 35,000 sf facility monthly, we have not had one issue of rodents, ants or bees. They take time very month to check in with me before and after their visit.
