Their post sale customer service is not good. It's like once they make the sale then they no longer care. We have been lied to by the sales consultant saying they did a follow up call which they did not until I called them.Also lied to by the finance guy. A little courtesy goes a long way with me. Needless to say, I am looking forward to filling out the satisfaction survey. Very disappointed
They can and will sell you any thing then when’s it’s just junk they sit it in your drive way and wait tell the state police call them so your family can have access if needed good luck people

Very happy with my visit to Battlefield Ford (Culpeper) today! I came in with a nail in my tire, but felt I'd need to get all four replaced due to a tread issue. Gary Fay, Clayton, Carey & Mitchell worked together to get my new Michelin tires at a great price, and futuremore, secured a very generous refund from the manufacturer of the damaged tire due to an issue with the tires tread! Excellent service! Excellent customer care! Thanks Gary Fay & Team for going the extra mile! 5 Stars! It pays to buy local!
