If these reviews are to be believed, I would reconsider. Those who work with Ford are not as trustworthy as Ford. They slapped an inspection sticker on my truck and let it drive away with broken parts and no brake lights which shouldn't have passed. After notifing that the truck was still making noise, which had not been communicated by a licensed tech on the reports on the invoice or verbally. bought a used f250 pickup. took it home and wife almost fell through the floor of the bed. Bed was completely rotted out. i had crawled under the truck checking for rust in the rockers, the doors, fenders everywhere i knew that rust was on trucks, never noticed. Battlefield, took the truck in , gave me a loaner, got me a new bed, spray in liner both in and under new bed!!! the ONLY complaint in have is low communication. Dealt with Cody Lillard up here and the experience has been great. With everything going on in the world the team there put everything together for my family and I and got us out of truck that was turning into a money pit and put us into a new F-150. I drive a lot and the finance department laid out some plans to help get the miles and service that fits me. I would highly recommend them and look forward to many years with the truck. Anybody looking for a vehicle should go see this team.
