Looked and looked for a Mustang for my wife and found it at Battlefield. Made the drive from Powhatan, VA not knowing if I would be leaving with a car. First, the staff was very attentive and extremely knowledgeable. Dylane, Josh and Amy took care of us from the beginning to the end and the process couldn’t have been any smoother! After 15 years and 7 vehicles they have lost my business. Purchased 3 vehicles in the last 7 months and warranties were not explained properly, the finance person and owner/ general manager (not sure what he does) both spoke to me in a very condescending manner. Apparently my busines is not wanted anymore nor will I continue to recommend them.
I had an amazing and painless experience thanks to Cody Lillard and the whole team at Battlefield Ford Culpeper . The showroom was welcoming and friendly. Everyone passing by says hello and smiles. Very nice atmosphere. They were honest and open but still worked to make sure I got what I wanted! Never felt pressured or like an annoyance. They truly seemed happy I was there. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone. I’ll definitely be returning in the future. Thanks!!
