THE SERVICE HERE IS NON EXISTENT. many reports, myself personally of taking over 90 days to even try and get anything done with your vehicle. (anyone with a new vehicle for add ons get bumped to the top of the list BTW) After seven calls, 3 visits I am having my bike towed to another facility where I can receive the level of service and timely response one would expect from a MoCo dealer. RecommendedI'm a semi-regular, in the shop every couple weeks or so. Sierra over in Motorclothes is always super helpful, and has answers to any question I can throw at her. When I bought a helmet there, they worked with me until I had the proper sized bucket on my brain case. Not to mention Kyle and Jeff over in sales. Those dudes worked with me when I bought a Dyna from them. Gave me a good deal on my trade in, AND got me into some lower payments. Definitely a dealership I'd send anyone to.
Stopped here on the way to Lake Tahoe. Staff was very nice and helpful.
I feel like if you don't look like the "typical biker" you don't get taken seriously or you aren't helped right away. It seems that some of the girls that work there think they are better than you, when you ask questions they seem to be inconvenienced since they have to stop talking to coworkers. I also hate that they don't have a baby changing station, it makes me feel like because I have a young child I shouldn't shop there and shouldn't have a motorcycle. after 700 miles 3 dealers and 8 hours of labor I now have a bike that works with no alarms going offf 1st dealer said the computer was bad, 2nd dealer said temp sensor was bad, 3rd dealer replaced the sensor that the 2nd dealer said was bad, it wasn't so the tec did his own checking and after 4 hours found a shorted wire under the cowling. And to top it off, the dealership wouldn't take a penny for the extra work. Said they should have done their diagnosis first. I went to H-D for some repairs and questions, and I was greeted immediately and then Tara helped me with my repairs and all my questions. She was amazing and very knowledgeable. Thanks Tara for such a great shopping experience!!!
First class operation. Our salesman Jeff was knowledgeable, encouraging and helpful. The sales staff and service staff were friendly and helpful. The bike, well it was expensive. It was however what I wanted and not something that I settled for. The adaptive equipment will be installed when it arrives and I'll be on the road soon enough.
