I came to the store on June 23rd. I bought some sunglasses in So. Cal. at Victorville Harley. They broke and are under warrenty and the girls (Tara, Bri, and Kaitlin) were awesome in getting my warrenty handled. I am very happy with the service at Battle Born Harley-Davidson.
Always friendly to deal with and they will work to get you the best deal. Service after the sale is also top notch.
The wife and I stopped by to check out Battle Born Harley while on our way to fly out of Reno. As soon as the staff found out that we were passing through, they turned and walked away. Not a good way to build a customer relationship. Cannot recommend this dealer to anyone.
Battle Born staff addressed a recall by Harley Davidson the same day I received the recall notice in the mail. The service department said to bring it down right away.... they took my Road Glide in immediately, offered me a nice place to rest, water, coffee ... within 50 minutes the bike was ready, I signed a few documents and was back on the road.
