I have tried to do business with this place time and time again. If you need to call to make an appointment or to find out about parts you better go somewheres else, they sure in the hell won't call you back, I am so done with them!
I went to battle born after getting jerked around by Reno HD and worked with John and Dax. The whole team stayed late so I could get there after work. I feel I got a very good deal and wasn't promised anything they didn't deliver. They had the brand new 17 street bob I wanted in a killer color combo out the door for less than Reno on a 16 model. I'm very pleased to have bought my first Harley from BBHD. If you're thinking about going to Reno, don't call John at battle born. Thanks guys!
