The folks at Battle Born are the best! Recently had my primary chain fail taking out my stator and regulator. This happened just before 6pm. Will (in the service dept) stayed late until I could get it to the shop. Then they hooked me up with a corporate rate at the Gold Dust West for the night. They diagnosed the problem first thing in the morning, fixed all issues and had me back on the road by 1130. Good service, friendly people would highly recommend. While traveling from Kansas to Washington State my check engine light came. Called to see if I could get and they said “Come in down”. It took me about 30 minutes to get there and the individual that I had spoken to met at the door and took care of me. It was. Problem with the “ECM” calibration, corrected and said if had any other problems while here give them a holler.
Chris, Chris, and Paul were amazing! Thanks to them, I’m now a proud owner of my first bike! I was skeptical at first how I was going to be treated as a new rider, but these guys totally understood and were willing to work with me on my budget. Not once did they make me feel like a newbie. This dealer really takes care of its customers. Anyone that asks where I got my Fat Bob, I will always refer them to BattleBorn. Thanks again fellas!!
