Solid customer service and response, very good prices, and quick delivery. I have purchased softball bats twice now and wont hesitate to use Bats Unlimited again. Very satisfied.
Not the best customer service. Made several attempts to follow up on an order, and finally they let me know they don't have it. Its still online and shows its available. There is nothing more frustrating then paying for an item, then finding out 3 1/2 weeks later they don't have.
I placed a call earlier today friendly staff and they are very professional and I cant wait for the bat and if everything works out i hope to continue doing business with this company

Truthfully I'm a little confused. My wife ordered me a bat for my birthday. Recieved the bat with most of the plastic removed from the bat and the warranty information and barcode reminder missing. Hard for me to believe that was an accident. What if someone didn't know about the barcode and you are with holding vital warranty information from the customer. Maybe they don't know they HAVE to keep the barcode sticker to get a return. Price was decent. But the bat missing the clear plastic and warranty Info really is SHADY
Bats were shipped very quickly. I was very happy with the customer service and bat info i received when I gave them a call about an order issue. Only place I shop for Bats!!!!!!!
