We had the Louisville Slugger ship his product directly to Mr Darr. However, the package was lost by FedEx (Totally out of our control). So we offered a full refund. He then emailed us saying he was going to tell his league of 300 people to never order from us which we feel is unjust. There was an argument in which we tried to explain to Mr. Darr, as well as offer the emails sent by Louisville, that he would have his package for his sons game on Saturday.
