Ordered a Marucci for my son on the evening of the 12th. Arrived this morning exactly as advertised. And the price was better than anywhere else I checked. Had sent an email on Friday asking about shipping and received a response within an hour. I am happy with their service.
Ordered a bat on 1 April must have been an April fools joke. Got an email the next day telling me to call them on the 3rd about my order. Finally was able to get a hold of them today and low and behold they dont have the bat i ordered. I will have to say they guy over the phone was very polite. He said that the would let him give me a newer (less superior) bat for the same price though. Great service! Worked hard to get the bat my daughter needed! Would definitely order again and have referred many people to them.
I ordered a bat from the website. He emails me two days later saying he doesn’t have it but he can get me the same bat just a different paint job. I told him I didn’t want the “new paint job” because it’s not the same bat. Just because they have the same barrel length doesn’t mean they are the same bat. (Jeff hall lite compared to the 2018 branch) Has no idea what he’s taking about. Then I told him maybe he would sell some shit If he’d update his website.
