Ordered a bat with 2 day free shipping. The bat never came due to usps actually losing it! I mean it's gone! So, I called bats unlimited and they overnighted me another bat without any delay! They totally took care of me; their customer service was spectacular! I love the 2014 juggy; just like he said it's an awesome bat! Hot right out of the wrapper! Ordered my Demarini the one on Thursday and was swinging it on sunday. Was amazed it got here so fast. I will be placing another order soon!!!
Just wanted to say that our family has been doing business with this company for over 15 years. I have spent over thousands of dollars in that time. We through tournaments and bought 12 at a time not to count the ones for personal use. I will recommend them anytime. I have had were I have ordered a bat and gotten called and was told that it was not in stock but they made it right. If you have a need this is the place to call.
Ordered a bat and next day received an email asking me to call them. I called and sales rep. said they didnt have the bat I ordered in that size. He then said if your son wants a particular paint job then he couldn't help me but the next model was the exact same bat. I asked why he mentioned a paint job and he went on to tell me that I must be in a bad mood! what a terrible salesman. I would not recommend doing business with them.
