I ordered 2 2017 (last year model) freak 12 at a great price here because no one else had them for anything less than MSRP, if they even had them at all. Turns out like everyone else they were out of stock. I received an email from Steve about 3 hours after placing my order to call him in the morning. I was thinking he was going to try to split the difference in cost on this years model. Why buy anywhere else, they beat all competitors, why people spend more at the big chain stores is beyond me. I just bought my 2nd bat this year and saved $50.00. They are always very helpful, I'm sure I'll be buying more items this next year.
Great customer service. Ordered 2 bats on a Monday at 4pm, had them the next day before 2pm just in time for my game. Everything was intact. Great prices. Cheaper than all the other websites. Amy made sure my bats where picked up on time so I had them next day less than 24 hours of when I ordered. Will be using bats unlimited again for sure.
I order a bat once and the employee called me and informed me of a bat that was cheaper but way better. He was totally right. It has changed my softball game. I truly appreciated their help and services. I highly recommend them for all your bat needs.

Terrible customer service. Steve cussed me out after I called to inform them my bat/package was stolen off my porch. When I asked why he was so mad at me and not to cuss me out he began screaming at me and said he can talk how he wants because he's out $200. Keep the $ I'll never do business with you guys again.
Ordered bat on Tuesday afternoon, was on front porch by Thursday afternoon. Placed the order over the phone, took about 3 minutes to finalize. Great customer service and delivered the bat when they said it would be delivered. Awesome job!!
Wow, ordered at 12:54 PM on Tuesday, delivered Wednesday morning at 11:40 AM. All done very well!
