I have been going to Dr Batlan for at least 15 years. He is an amazing man when he gives me an injection I have no doubt that I will soon be feeling so much better. He always makes extra time for you if you have a problem. He’s always concerned about how you were treated at the surgery center. What a kind, caring and great doctor.
I have a pinched nerve in my neck between the C4 and C5. The pain started over eight months ago and progressively worsened to the point that I was unable to do things I enjoyed on a daily basis like working out, playing the guitar and even driving! Dr. Batlan was caring, funny and listened to what I had to say. He didn’t try to just throw pain meds at me. He worked hard, having to fight with my insurance companies to get me the care I needed to help me with lower back pain. He was tenacious and effective in helping me reduce my pain. He is a highly qualified pain management physician that really takes pride in his work.
10 years ago I found Dr. Batlan when I needed treatment for my herniated L4 that was causing constant sciatic pain. He listened to my needs and provided a plan to manage my pain. My first series of lumbar epidurals made me feel nearly 90% better! I typically have these injections once a year to manage the pain when needed. Dr. Batlan delivers relief every time he performs this procedure. Dr .Batlan and the fantastic team at Specialized Pain Management makes my visits and scheduling an enjoyable experience as well.
Dr. Batlan is very caring and took the time to listen to my concerns. He is very knowledgeable and explained in detail regarding my procedures and plan of action. He also took the time to get to know my family and truly has my best interest at heart. His office staff and clinic staff are all very friendly and competent which made everything go very smoothly. After my accident which left me with 3 bulging discs and bone spurs in my neck, I was referred to Dr. Batlan. I was in pain every day all day. After the first injection in my neck I went from a pain level of an 8 to a 6, then after my second injection I went from a 6 to a 2 or 3 which is completely manageable for me. I would highly recommend him.
Dr. Batlan is a badass when it comes to pain management . I had severe sciatica and was in a lot of pain. After the injections I feel 100% better.
