We recently had Thompson Bath replace our old tub/shower with a brand-new custom shower. The demolition was done quickly and cleanly, with great care taken to protect the surrounding areas. Very impressed with my new bath remodel. My goal was to replace the garden tub and shower with a new rollin shower that was not only functional but would looked good. From Dallas with his ideas and design, to Jared who was the actual installer. Jared was meticulous and thorough and answered all my questions. I appreciate the great work that was done and the end result is exactly what I hoped for.
Everyone was amazing to work with from the sales team to the install. Quick to get to get the job done and did excellent work. I was especially impressed with our installer Jared. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was how I wanted it. Made sure to leave everything really clean. Jared has Great customer service!
From start to finish I was informed of the time line and when the installer would come. The installer was amazing, he worked through 2 days, never took a break and the work he did was very precise and beautiful. He checked with me about placement of seat and soap holders, every question I asked, he took the time to talk me through my concerns. I would hire Josh and Thompson Bath to do work for me again....without hesitation. Thank you for doing such a great job for me! Thank you.
Josh and McKinley were great installing my new walk-in shower. Both were very professional in their work and interactions with me. They took care to protect my carpet and bathroom floor with floor covers. At different times during the installation they asked for my input which I appreciated. I highly recommend Thompson Bath.
