Everyone was amazing to work with from the sales team to the install. Quick to get to get the job done and did excellent work. I was especially impressed with our installer Jared. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was how I wanted it. Made sure to leave everything really clean. Jared has Great customer service!
From start to finish I was informed of the time line and when the installer would come. The installer was amazing, he worked through 2 days, never took a break and the work he did was very precise and beautiful. He checked with me about placement of seat and soap holders, every question I asked, he took the time to talk me through my concerns. I would hire Josh and Thompson Bath to do work for me again....without hesitation. Thank you for doing such a great job for me! Thank you.
Josh and McKinley were great installing my new walk-in shower. Both were very professional in their work and interactions with me. They took care to protect my carpet and bathroom floor with floor covers. At different times during the installation they asked for my input which I appreciated. I highly recommend Thompson Bath. We hired Thompson Bath to replace our bathroom countertops and convert the bathtub to a shower. Jared showed up and started removing tile, sheet rock and the tub. Also the countertop. Jared was very conscious of dust and general cleanliness. While Jared was installing the shower, Danny and Gio removed the countrtop in the other bathroom. Working with Thompson Plumbing was a top-notch experience! We felt valued, understood, listened to, respected, and appreciated. They met every one of our special unique needs including creatively assisting us with meeting our budget. They were patient, polite, kind, and very prompt.
