Representative Doug came to my home. He helped me with all the options and cost that Bath Planet offers for a walk in shower. Doug was very helpful with all options that are available. Good things come to those who wait. The Covid Pandemic put a delay with the installation. Bath Planet of the Southern Tier was good on their word with the time rescheduled. We have just had Bath Planet install a new shower, front facing , to accommodate my disabled husband. The old one(shower not husband) had to be taken out which led to many more issues. We have heated floors which also added another hurdle. It was a big job and all I can say is......I couldn?t be any happier. It was a great experience and they were so helpful. It really is beautiful and made the way we ordered. I hope anyone that chooses Bath Planet has as great an experience as we did.
We did a tub to shower conversion and love the results. Kevin, our installer did a great job and it was completed in 1.5 days. I would recommend Bath Planet.
