Bath Planet installed a walk in shower ,in our master bath. The demolition of the old shower and the clean up took less than a day .The installation of the new shower was completed in 1 1/2 days.The contractor(Kevin) was professional,courteous and knowledgeable. The sales rep (Doug) was very pleasant and helpful . He made the purchase process run smoothly. I would recommend Bath Planet of the Southern Tier.
GREAT COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH.. SALES REP BRYAN GAVE A FAIR AND ACCURATE QUOTE. DAN AND BRANDON DID OUTSTANDING WORK. HIGHEST QUALITY PLUMBING FIXTURES AND ACRYLICS. CLEANED UP EACH DAY. I HAD 2 BATHROOMS REMODELED AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND BAYH PLANET OF THE SOUTHERN TIER TO EVERYONE.
Ryan and Joe did a great job remodeling out bathroom. Very fast and efficient work and Ryan and Joe kept us in the loop on the renovation progress each day. They kept the house clean at the end of each day as well before they left. We are very happy with our new bathroom!
I cannot begin to explain how wonderful a job Bath Planet did for us! We had been toying with the idea of getting rid of our clunky, old tub/shower and replacing it with a walk-in shower with seat. We were ready to go when we met with Doug, who was amazing! He took each of our half-formed ideas and turned them into exactly what we hoped for. We recently had our bathroom remodeled by Bath Planet of the Southern Tier. They had been recommended to us by a neighbor. From the first phone call to them I felt like we were in good hands. When Doug, our sales representative, came to the house he was friendly, professional and very helpful and understanding of what we wanted done. RF FIVE STARS After looking at my ugly bathroom for too long, I went to Bath Planet and they gave me an appointment. Doug H******, Design Consultant came to look at my bathroom and did a complete assessment. Several months later, Dan M******, the installer arrived an a Thursday morning and by evening, he had the old walls, bathtub and window removed. We were more than pleased with the installation of our shower. The installation and added trim made it more finished than we would have expected. Kevin is a true craftsman and his assistant, Brandon, were conscientious to doing a good job. We appreciated Kevin's recommendation in placing the safety bar and the shelves. Their drop cloths protected our carpets and floor. Their clean-up was beyond our expectations. They were personable and friendly. We would recommend Bath Planet without hesitation or reservation.
Five stars for Ryan Brown and William T from Bath Planet of the Southern Tier for my amazing new bathroom. They took an ugly bathroom and through their hard dedicated work changed it into something amazing. Everything was done to my specifications. The quality of their work shows through. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to remodel their bathroom.
We had a vanity, cabinets, lighting, toilet and flooring installed as well as some carpentry work. All the work was done expertly and professionally. The team from Bath Planet from the top down...Jim, Doug, Daniel & Zack were excellent to work with and come highly recommend! We LOVE our new bathroom!
