Complete bathroom remodel and added a shower. Daniel was spot on!!! Zach joined him at the end and knocked it out! Had my bathroom back in record time and it is beautiful!! ****** *****
I've needed a new bathtub for quite some time. I finally called Bath Planet. They sent Doug to my house to measure and help me pick options for my new tub. Several weeks later Danny arrived to install everything. Within two days he had installed everything and it looks beautiful.
Despite the onset of our bathroom remodel being delayed by COVID-19 and materials damaged in transit from the manufacturer, Jim B****, our salesperson, Doug, and our outstanding remodeling team of Daniel and Zach were courteous, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the process.
We had our bath tub replaced which was leaking down to 1st floor bathroom. The new Bath Plant NY Acrylic tub and walls are beautiful. Kevin, our installer did a great job with installation, he was very professional, tidy, clean, safety conscious, and on time. Thank you Kevin! And thank you Doug and Jim for all the arrangements and correspondence.
We had a our old shower replaced. Kevin came to do the job by himself, he did a great job. The job took him just under two days and both days the rest of our bathroom was useable, he cleaned up very well the first day and the day he finished the job. He communicated with my husband very well and our new shower looks amazing.
Awesome! Exceeded expectations. Dan Hubbell/Zach did superior work. Kept us up to date on progress. Finished on schedule and cleaned up at end of each day. Great job
Representatives were very professional. They wore masks and kept 6 feet distance. The first presentation was in our home, keeping us to isolation. Once materials delivered, very quick appointment to install. When doors were damaged on delivery, they did not attempt use them but made accommodations so we could use the shower until new doors arrived. Demolition & installations was complete in 2 days. Kevin, the installer, was very knowledgeable & friendly. He cleaned up after himself very well.
My new shower is amazing! It looks great, and the installation was quick. Additionally, everyone I've dealt with there has been nice, both Doug H****** & Danny M******.
First and foremost, we want to sincerely thank Bath Planet for every step of this process! This journey began at our meeting with Doug; planning and pricing out our dream shower over coffee and cookies, and a ton of questions (which he answered for us in detail with professionalism and a smile!).
