I felt comfortable as soon as Matt the salesman arrived. We had just been through a bad experience with another company and was a bit apprehensive. When I called Bath Planet I was pleasantly greeted by Wanda. She was very kind and helpful. It took a couple months, but they sent Joe to start the installation. He knew exactly how to move a wall we needed to get our new shower in. He made us feel at ease from the beginning and was very personable.
