We hired Bath Planet to remodel our walk-in shower in 2022. About 2.5 years later we started having issues. At first, oil residue started coming out of the hinges for the frameless glass door and onto the bottom. About 6 months later the hot water pressure would get very weak after a few minutes. When we called Bath Planet they redirected us to Bath Concepts, who makes the material for the shower wall and floor pan that are sold through Bath Planet.
