Dr. Hannon and Stella are the best! Everyone is so kind and friendly and the office is very clean. I’m so glad I found Bates Dental a few years back!
I rarely write reviews but feel compelled to because of the service provided by Bates dental practice. I just had two crowns placed and also had two fillings and the service and care was exceptional. I've been to a number of dental offices over the years and Bates surpasses them all. The entire staff is very professional and caring. They explain everything they are doing in very clear terms and they make sure that you are not experiencing undue discomfort. I highly recommend!
I went here once, and that was enough. The dentist and hygienist were dismissive of my questions/concerns. They talked me into putting a fluoride paste on my teeth that turned my teeth dark a couple of days later. The hygienist said, "you must swallow the fluoride" after it was on my teeth--which caused me to later get sick and throw up. Terrible staff.
If you're wondering if you should go here, or maybe take your children here: please do. Despite being nowhere near the "model dental patient" I have received nothing but compassion, honesty and respect from the team here. I have never felt discouraged, disparaged or judged. You'll be in good hands, even if you've made mistakes.
I’ve been with Dr Bates since we moved to Roseville and not only receive excellent dental care but value the warm caring environment!
