I just got back from taking my cat to see Dr. Bates, and it was the most comfortable and informative experience! The staff is so friendly, the place is so clean, and they really made me and my nervous cat feel comfortable. Not to mention that Dr. Bates encouraged me to email him about my cat's progress, or any other concerns, even after office hours. Highly recommend this veterinarian!
My "pup" has been through a couple of vets since I have gotten him(he's 10 years old now) and Dr. Bates is the only Dr. my "pup" trusts! He is great with large breeds and I was recommended to him by another vech tech else where and will never go back to another veterinarian!! Ever!!
We use Bates Animal Hospital for our 2 poodles. They are very caring and take great care of our sweet pets. You can't go wrong giving Dr. Bates and staff a try.
Dr. Bates is the most caring vet you will ever find. I'm thrilled to have his clinic in Watkinsville!

Dr. Bates is awesome! He did a surgery to remove a mass from my pet's tail for about half of what i had been quoted from other vets. Knowledgeable staff and excellent customer service!
