Everyone is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. My cat had a rare condition but they knew what to do to help heal her and now she is doing great! They have been there for me through the puppy and kitten stages and the end of life difficulties with care. Our two dogs and four cats are all patients and after interviewing them - they gave an average of 4.7 stars only because they said the shots would some times make them too sleepy to chase squirrels 🤗.
Dr. Bates and all the staff are so wonderful. The office is clean and everyone is professional and kind. I’m thankful for their great care and highly recommend this office.
