We brought our dog here with a bladder infection they just touched her vagina told is she had a lot of blood in her urine (which we already knew) threw some antibiotics at us and told us to come back after that for bloodwork and the x-rays because they wouldn't be able to see past the infection. Well she's way WORSE now and two different places have seen past the now fatal infection through x-rays, done bloodwork and actually tried to help. We've been going to BVH for two years now with our Frenchies. We've have had wonderful caring Vets and Vet techs on every visit. We also purchase special diet food from them and it's easy to arrange this with their staff.
Great service and friendly people! Definitely will go back there for Red's next appointment.
In a very difficult time. They met us there after hours and Dr Kemnitz and Brittany was so sympathetic and caring.
