I'm on the fence about how I feel about this Vet office - They did a great job cleaning both my dog's teeth who are both senior dogs. Yet I feel like for the amount of volume this clinic does - they really need more receptionist help. I was charged wrong twice - once in my favor and once against my favor. I was rarely greeted when I came in the door. First time there I wasn't even sure what to do or if they even saw me come in at all. Do I go to the counter? Do I just sit and wait? Super nice folks. $18 for a nail trim that was free at our last vet. But other than that, very good experience.
The staff is knowledgeable, courteous and very professional. They really made my experience great because they’re also efficient and flexible.
Everyone at BVH are awesome. Honestly I can’t say enough good things, I would be going on and on. My dogs, August Binji Snoopy Sophie Sparky Journey Monkey And Foster receive excellent care. My goats, Stewart Kevin Mr Brown Loki Felix BooBear And soon to be Styx go there also.♥️
The staff and doctors here are so caring and wonderful. We have brought all three of our dogs here for a year and a half now, and I highly reccomend. ❤️
Love this place - from the front office staff to the doctors everyone is focused on helping your furry friend! They are upfront with the pricing for services and completely fair. The doctors are extremely knowledgeable and don’t have to perform a hundred costly “tests” to get to the source of the problem. Also they have a wonderful groomer - she is so popular you have to book in advance but so worth it! My Cavalier comes home happy and looking great!
