I had an excellent experience with Bassett Management. The entire process from move in to move out was clear, painless, and smooth. We rented this place site unseen in person as we lived down south. Rick was helpful to send us videos of the entire space and neighborhood which gave us the feel we needed to lease the unit. Living out of state, I depended on Rick and his team to completely represent my commitments during the sale of my property. His understanding of the neighborhood, tendencies of buyers in the area, and current trends in the market all helped me feel comfortable in our dealings. He is consistent, timely, and easy in his communications. The transaction was straightforward and followed the plan we put togetherb right from day 1. I’m usually weary of renting from a property management company, and was skeptical about Bassett Management only having 5 star reviews, but all of the glowing reviews are real. Bassett is the best kind of landlord - they’re there immediately if you need them, and not when you don’t. They’re communicative and accommodating, and any issue is promptly dealt with.
