One of the worst customer services experiences overall. The Store Manager Jeff Dooley lacks Interpersonal Skills. He is very abrupt, not friendly, nor accommodating in an effort to resolve customer related issues. The Corporate Customer Contact center is admittedly of little help as Stores are run entirely at the discretion of the Store Manager. Everything was simple to find. Laid out nicely, and clean. However, I asked an associate a very clear question... and at no point did he look at me, nor verbally answer me. He kept doing what he was doing, and shook his head "no". I found that to be very rude, and not customer service oriented at all!
Just went to Bass Pro Shop and my husband could not get service at the gun counter, even though there were three associates at the counter and no other customers. They walked pass him three time. He is retired military, an avid Hunter and a customer regardless of his skin color. Don't just assume what type of person he is before you assist someone.
