I don’t often find the time to write business reviews, but I’m really hoping this one gets heard/read by the right people. On the morning of Christmas Eve, my daughters and I went to see Santa at Bass Pro. The customer service at this store has always been excellent, but our experience with one employee was beyond superb. Molena (I hope I wrote her name down correctly) was manning the cookie-decorating station with amazing grace and friendliness. I love this store because of their community involvement and awesome events! I could go to anywhere I want to buy outdoor supplies, but I choose to go here because they treat us like family, not customers!
