We took our little one last week. It was awesome! We had the best Santa Clause! There was lots of fun activities, plenty of things to look at and do. The store was well stocked, everyone was very friendly and helpful. All around good experience, so no complaining here!
Staff was poorly prepared to handle the volume of business; poor management and traffic flow. Inadequate communication and computer failures made for a frustrating experience. Associates were pleasant, as always, but overwhelmed, and stressed.
I love going to bass pro shop ...bought ammo and a new scope...they installed it...very pleased with how friendly and helpful everyone is....its my happy place in the gun department
Love the fly shop and the classes!!!!! The rest of the store is ok too
The worst service I have ever had . I would never shop at bass pro again . Please don't wish your time shopping there .
