Please do not attempt to shop in this store. In so many ways they made it blatantly obvious all money is not welcome and neither service nor human kindness is welcome to all.
I purchased a firearm and it was scheduled to be picked up on 3/22. The store it was set to be picked up at is now closed for the foreseeable future. How do I get my firearm from the San Jose Bass Pro store? Someone needs to contact me ASAP as this firearm was purchased to protect me and my family.
