I've never had a complaint with Bass Pro and I hate doing this but my experience there this morning felt like an utter betrayal of a loyal customer. I'm not just a casual shopper there. I have a Bass Pro MasterCard, belong to the preferred rewards program and make an hour drive there twice a month from Van Alstyne. I've spent thousands of dollars there on hunting and fishing gear but I'll likely find another retailer. Today I went in to exchange a pair of Carhartt overalls that I bought ( they were too small). This store is amazing with very friendly staff & they have anything I could ever want for my fishing needs. I shop here often. I love the place!
Just had the most amazing experience bringing our child to meet Santa! We were greeted at the front door and given a pass to meet Santa, did not have a line at all! Santa was so gentle and friendly to our child, and we received a free picture and frame! Afterwards we watched the fish feeding and walked around the beautifully decorated store. It was all decked out for Christmas! All of the staff were so sweet! Thank you Bass Pro Shops for making our first experience meeting Santa an unforgettable and amazing experience!!

The Santa here was awesome! No line on Monday evening and he talked with the kids.
Very nice store, crowded from big 12 championship game.... everyone was in grapevine
Had the chance to stop in and shop for a concealed carry size handgun for/with my wife. Went to the gun counter and took a number and waited among the crowd for a very long time. On the upside, when we were finally called, the salesman was great. Would have given 5 stars for a more reasonable wait.
