We went to Bass Pro in Garland and was ignored. Drove all the way to Grapevine because we were ready to buy a boat. Spoke to an older man and he was extremely nice and helpful (this day only). He gave us all the info we need to buy a boat. We decided to just pay cash. Drove all the way back to Grapevine but the older man was not available to help us. Prices are higher than normal Prefer Cabelas. Hate the fact they combined. At least Cabelas still cares about Veterans. All I got at Bass Pro Shop when I ask is there was a Vet discount was “NO that’s a waste-only when we have to on Veterans Day!!”
Enjoyed the selection of items that were offered and how the store flowed as you walked through. Staff was nice and helpful but not overwhelming or pressurIng me into getting something I didn’t want.
Worst customer service I've ever encountered,in ab outdoor supplier.
