Fishing dept is the best Steve , Dean and others are always helpful Customer Service great for licensing and very friendly
Kirby in the hunting department was awesome! I took a bow in there and he adjusted it. I learned a lot from him. Some of the best customer service I’ve had there.
The sales person in the shoe dept was very responsive to my questions and needs of trying shoes on. I didn't buy only because they didn't have my size. Enjoyed the place..

We've been attending the Kids Summer Camp each week (as well as many other events in the past for Halloween and Christmas) and the kids have loved it! As a mom of 4, it's hard finding activities all the kids can participate in and enjoy but Bass Pro has done an excellent job of covering all the age groups. The staff is super friendly, encouraging, and helpful so we always feel welcome!
I bought a brand new Tracker Pro 170 in June of 2016, within 2 years, 2 large cracks in the welds formed and I had to send the boat back for repairs. This was covered under warranty which was great, however, the service I've received since dropping my boat off has been horrible! I dropped my boat off at the Bass Pro in Grapevine on 5/23/18 and was originally told it would have to be sent to the manufacturer, which would take 6-9 months!
