I went to the range and had a blast! I also did the normal spring shopping, no issues. Everyone was friendly.
As a very loyal Bass Pro customer and credit card holder, I was extremely disappointed in the service I received tonight. I have purchased nearly every special occasion gift for my husband at this store and have never encountered a more unhelpful staff member as I did this evening. My husband made a special 1 hour drive to Bass Pro in Grapevine today to buy his dad a boat. They REFUSED to sell it to him!! The sales man and The MANAGER refused to sell him the boat because my husband stated he was buying the boat for his dad!! Are you kidding me?? Not only did they lose a sale but they lost a customer for life! On top of refusing to sale him the boat, they were hateful about it. Such a shame.
Everyone at this store is awesome! I am in the range weekly and at the gun area weekly and those guys are all AWESOME! Highly recommend Bass Pro Shops gun range and gun counter!
