11-19-17: I dropped my boat off at the Bass Pro Shops Tracker Marine in Grapevine, Texas for a 20-hour service/winterize/check on why the on-board charger was not working/check why on the rear fish finder/sonar the sidescan would not work. When I bought the boat in November of 2016 I upgraded to a $700 Lowrance Elite 7 TI unit which has sonar/downscan/sidescan capability. Went for our Santa pics at 4pm. Santa was supposed to be there until 8pm. Was told by EXTREMELY rude lady at the door that there were no more Santa passes for the day but my kids could write him a letter. Left with crying children. Because of the lady's attitude, I will never go back to this store.
Overall a good outdoor store. Selection & prices not as good as cabelas.
Ordered a BAR .300 WIN mag, changed my mind for another weapon. No problem and can we mount your scope and bore sight it for you at no charge? Heck yeah. Love this toy store!
My family and I just left this horrible establishment! Fair warning: if you want your Santa picture get ready to get turned out at least 2 hours before their closing time! They are rude and careless. We called and were told they had plenty of "tickets" Then one of the employees said her gm is obsessed with this new ticket system. FYI only 22 tickets are given every 30 mins and they can cut it off whenever they want! The "manager" suggested we get out of work early to come take a picture (really?!) The archery guy was very knowledgeable and friendly! He was able to help me get the right equipment I needed for my bow!
