My wife and I began our dispute with Bluegreen at the end of February. We have been owners since 2011 and began running into "issues" right away after our initial purchase. Terrible ... I got nothing but pressure tactics and so many things were misrepresented! I was never told that the maintenance fees were not part of my regular mortgage payment, nor was I ever given any sense that the maintenance fees were almost $1k annually, and I only get 6000 points every other year!? The points expire and I never get to use them because there are no trips I can take for 6000 points every other year! i have had this timeshare since 2013 and I have only been able to stay at a resort for 5 nights total!? Bluegreen vacations sales people promises you the world but lie through their teeth. The last rep told us that he could combine 3 mortgages in two mortgages with a lower interest rate and for all our troubles BG would through in 6000 point at no cost. Plus this rep would be our personal travel agent being that we were platinum. As it turns out the 6000 point cost me $90 more a month plus no personal travel agent! What a sham. DONT BUY BLUEDGREEN

I am currently a Bluegreen gold owner but would NEVER buy into this company again. They don't honor their word or their owners. Owner services may be the worst offender in the entire company.

My wife and I purchased a 4 night 3 day stay from the original Bass Pro in Springfield Missouri 2015 for $395. Due to health issues we were not able to go that year. We were eventually able to reschedule our trip for the following year, We had a great time at Big Cedar in Branson, MO. We took our daughters family with us and the six of us stayed in a two bedroom lodge with fireplace, kitchen and pull out bed for the grandkids. I just bought the 200.00 bluegreen vacation package through basspro shop and I made my plans within 30 days but something has came up an I need to reschedule for a later date and they are going to charge me 125.00 extra because it is 8 days before we were suppose to go. I do not have that money to pay a cancellation fee with 8 days to spare there should be no reason at all that the room can not be booked and paid for before then. hello,so I purchased the $200 deal at bass pro where you get a $100 gift card up front and once you book the motel you get four $25 gift cards and if you call within the next 30 days you will receive a additional $25 gift card well I called and booked the motel before the 30 days was up and we went to the motel and checked in but the guy at front desk did not give the info on when we where supposed to take the tour of the resort and timeshare information>>>WE where at the motel for almost a full day I went down and talked to... read more

BLUEGREEN VACATIONS UNLIMITED, INC., BOCA RATON, FL I had no intentions of purchasing a Bluegreen Vacation Membership,because I had horrible experiences with my prior time-share. We have recently spent more than $2000 for an attorney to get out of my agreement with Bluegreen. And that is AFTER PAYING IN FULL for 25,000 points. For a number of years we have not been able to make reservations anywhere we wanted to go at the time we wanted to go there. That includes attempts at making reservations the first day they were available 11 months in advance. We were able to use all 25,000 annual points to go on a cruise in 2015 and another 25,000 for a cruise in 2017. The points reduced our cruise cost by $10... read more
