Since upgrading to Bronze status it has been harder to get a nice room, even when trying to book 7 to 8 months out. They save premium rooms for marketing and don't care about existing owners. Don't purchase anything from them as the money you spend for maintenance fees will get you into just as nice a place; possibly nicer!

This company offers falsehoods and half-truths. We have sunk thousands of dollars into this company, and are repeatedly told that nothing is available at the places or times that we want to utilize our points at one of their resorts. However, if you use Travelocity.com, or other vacation booking websites, the places they claim are not available, are available. We have been told we could sell back our deed at any time. We attended a Bluegreen Vacations presentation on April 4, 2018, in St. Augustine, Florida. We were offered a 20,000 point program for a cost of a bit over $40,000 with down payment of around $8,100. We explained we don't have over $8,000 at this time so are there other programs available. They presented us with a 6,000 point program that sold for $8,100 but they wanted the entire amount paid in full. I was presented with the option to purchase a "sample package" one year ago and it has been a huge mistake. They limit the resorts and the days that you can travel so strictly, that I will end up losing most of the money I spent on the package. I was also told that I could share my points and book rooms for friends and family, only when I tried to, I was told that was for "full owners." I would have not purchased had I realized that. I am owner for about 4 years now they have some good property and good staff but it all where you go i will never go back to the Fountains in Orlando Fl very bad management it starts from the top the head property manager wont even return my calls or talk to me why i was stay there. the maintenance fees are not going back into the property it going into his pocket as a big bonus. my room was missing furniture broken door on shower back door you could not open due to you had to lift it up to open it well Mr. ***** *******, Sr... read more

Bluegreen Corporation is horrible! You would think the customer service would be nice after all the money is paid. I truely feel everyone I have spoken with hates their jobs. One would think the upkeep at these locations would be better because of the money spent there, but sadly, no. Being a Gold member doesn't get you anywhere. All they do is take your money, raise their fees, make sure the rooms are "booked" when no one is there, call you to get you to come in for an "owners update" to buy more points, etc. I want out of ... read more

This business practices under false pretense they have no intentions on giving our incentives promised it's a total scam and complaining to management you get nowhere they are all in on it all you get it is the runaround C is to good of a rating they need a F rating they are one big scam and sham do not do business with them.

While the initial purchase was somewhat pressured and we were enticed by gifts., we enjoyed the use for several years. The issues started we could not use our points because of availability and when we wanted out and tried to sell our timeshare. We were told we owned a portion of a unit and that it would appreciate in value. False. Our maintenance fees continue to rise out of control and we are not using it. What a scam and waist.
