I had a crown fall off on a Sunday at which time I placed a non emergency call and left a message with the staff. Monday first thing I received a call to schedule my appointment with Dr. Cross for an evaluation. The office team did their very best to get me in right away and by Wednesday I'm glad to say that I have a new crown fully custom to my mouth installed and working great.
