Don’t come here if you like good costumer service. I waited for the better part of 10 minutes and was not even greeted. No “be right with you”, no “one minute please”. I stood there for damn near 10 minutes not getting served.
I only stop by to get ice cream, every time I stop inside no one greets you. It is never busy when I’m inside and all the team members look at each other to figure out who is going to help the customer… why is your staff not prioritizing helping the customer?? I should not have to wait 10 minutes to order ice cream so your staff finishes whatever inventory they are doing… It’s irritating when you’re at the cash register and just plain ignored watching staff members walk past you..
Great staff and very friendly. Very nice seating area outside to relaxing and enjoy ice cream with the family or friends
Was literally just there and some blonde supervisor and or manager was very rude. Asked for an ice cream drink and they refuse to make it. Site says they are open 5am till 10pm then why can't I get my beverage! Asked very politely if the basken was open and she said well no all our ice cream is in the freezer back here. Well why after 3 hours of being open if it not ready for your customers.
